• The Forgotten Depths Base Adventure-

  Forgotten Depths is a 1-3 player co-op dungeon adventure game that combines unique tile laying and hand management mechanics to deliver a substantial experience of exploration and combat.

  The goal of the game is to get to the bottom of the dungeon and destroy the powerful entity that resides there. To make it, you’ll need to improve your heroes by finding items and buying new abilities with experience points you gain by exploring. Those experience points are in scarce supply and you’ll need to balance between saving them for abilities and spending them on the healing and keys you’ll also need.

  The game is played by alternating between two main activities, Exploring and Encountering. You’ll start by Exploring, creating the layout of the level as you play, and discovering Ecology Elements. You choose when and where to Encounter the Elements you discover, and you go back to Exploring after each Encounter.

  The game features:
  
  • 3 Dungeon Level ‘Ecologies,’ each with their own unique Monsters, Features, and hard to find Legendary Locations
  • Character progression. Find and equip items, and purchase abilities and spells with your hard won XP.
  • 30 unique Monsters. Never face the same Monster twice in a playthrough.
  • 30 unique dungeon Features. Never discover the same Feature twice in a playthrough.
  • 12 hard to find Legendary Locations, featuring unique encounters, treasures and effects, including 2 difficult to obtain fabled swords.
  • 6 unique level bosses
  • Final boss with 27 possible configurations
  
• The Ever Chamber expansion-

  Others scavenging at the Construction have stumbled upon a strange place. They say the entrance was conjured purely by
  accident, and the colors that poured forth from it indescribably brilliant. The mid-air rent rippled open and folded back on itself in a constant fluid motion. The corridors beyond were merely glimpsed, appearing as pathways of raw energy. Soon after, fast-moving creatures within began bounding toward the portal,and the scavengers fled for their lives. The elders speculate that if that great energy can be collected and cast unto itself, it may be possible to harness its power, or set it on a path of self-destruction. They hold the knowledge for opening the portal, and they’ve passed that knowledge on to you. “Go! And see what can be learned of this opportunity!”

  The Ever Chamber is a special mini-ecology, introducing several new mechanics and challenges to the game. Strange monster in-habitants pursue Heroes across the map. Powerful items may be forged from collected essences. Even the very core of the chamber itself may be destroyed, offering a new path to victory, if you can escape in time.

• The Vault of Yariq expansion-

  Yariq’s tale is a dark one, nearly lost to time. The elders guard the story closely, but they have shared it with you. Overthrown by his own people, Yariq was entombed alongside his followers within a great maze-like structure, designed to confuse and trap the restless dead. His terrible chain was also sealed there; a powerful implement capable of manipulating the force of life itself. It is this chain the elders seek.

  Do you dare enter Yariq’s maze-tomb to take his weapon for yourself?

  The Vault of Yariq expansion provides a special area to explore, a unique and epic encounter, and a wondrous new item that can be equipped by a single Hero, or all of them together. Players attempt to find their way to Yariq’s Audience Hall, while disturbing as few of his followers as possible. Locate his hall and face him, but beware, as those you have disturbed will fight by his side!

  
• Camp Dialogue expansion-

  The exhausted Heroes gaze glassy-eyed into the fire as it crackles and dances. For the time being at least, they’ve found
  peace. As they relax, their minds turn to matters beyond their immediate survival and they begin to quietly converse; seeking
  comfort and renewed resolve.

  The Camp Dialog expansion provides a series of branching conversations Heroes experience when they Rest at a Campfire. Also included are custom wooden health tokens for the base
  game’s Final Entity.
